When I was driving past looking for something to eat in this sleepy town on a sunday evening, the words "Healthy noodle bar" struck me as an oxymoron, and I couldn't resist but to stop by. They do offer a nice wide selection, with good details of what goes in to exactly each combination (very handy for allergies), and the chef prepares it right there in front of you, with the fresh ingredients laid out on display. The chef didn't speak a word of english, and was having a fuming argument with the other lady present. This was rather amusing to be honest, and he took out his frustration on that poor wok! The noodles were well priced, about 10 bucks, and the size is large enough to share. An interesting proposition for this little town.

Excellent Singapore Noodles (no. 22). very tasty, large portions and no MSG! Good stuff.
